Passion Fruit Butter! This is a Farm favourite and an Australian favourite as well. Fresh Passion Fruit grown in the garden makes this dish extra special as well. Plus, as a bonus, this recipe makes 3 small jars, so it’s perfect for sharing!
You will need:
1 cup Passion Fruit pulp
1 cup sugar
150 gm butter
5 egg yokes – lightly beaten
What to do:
Put all ingredients into a saucepan on a low heat and stir continuously for about 15 minutes until mixture thickens.
Pour hot mixture into sterilised jars and store in fridge.
